Kobi Gandy.
Kobi Gandy is a Southern California–based coach and creator who's spent his life chasing performance — and figuring out what actually moves the needle for normal people who want to train like athletes.
He's wrestled competitively, which means he knows how to cut weight the right way. He bodybuilds, which means he can build muscle that lasts. He trains in calisthenics and chases vertical jump and mile pace the way other people chase PRs — because conditioning is a sport too.

What do I actually get when I pay?

Do I need a gym?
No. The program has a home track (bodyweight + a few bands or dumbbells) and a gym track (full barbell access). You can do either, or mix them based on the day. We tell you what's swappable.
How long does each workout take?
30–45 minutes for most sessions. A couple of conditioning days run closer to 60 with warm-up. Nothing is more than an hour.
What level is this for?
Beginner to intermediate. If you've never trained before, we'll walk you through everything. If you've been training for a few years and want a structured program, the gym track has enough volume and intensity to make you sweat.
Why is it only $4.99? What's the catch?
No catch — this is the early-access price. We're a new program building our first wave of students, and we'd rather have you in the group giving feedback than charge $40 and have nobody. Price will go up as the program grows.
